To secure productive and sustainable opportunities for young people who aspire to become successful entrepreneurs, by taking measurable steps so that each participant will accomplish their goals.

To ensure that each teen who successfully completes our program has the tools, knowledge and opportunities to explore their entrepreneurial potential.

History…

In 2005, Sylvia Williams, one of the founders of Tomorrow's Young Entrepreneur Foundation had a vision of creating an entrepreneurship program to invest in the future of our youth in the community. The goal was to create an opportunity for youth to gather the tools necessary to accomplish their goals.

The result was the birth of Tomorrow's Young Entrepreneur Foundation officially formed in the State of Illinois in 2009. Today, T.Y.E. Foundation is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service, focused on a specific niche: the young entrepreneur. Our motto: "Don't ask a child what they want to be WHEN they grow up, but rather ask them what is it they want to achieve NOW". Through T.Y.E., young people have learned that they are not too young to aspire to accomplish something great!

Founders…

Ron and Sylvia Williams, have 20+ years of experience working with youth. Ron has taught 4 and 5-year-olds for over 12 years at Family Harvest Church, in Tinley Park, IL. Sylvia works with a high school program 'Youth Making a Difference (YMAD)' as Head Lecturer of the Senior class. She also serves as the Small Group Leader and Production Leader of the 'Junior School of Performance (JSOP)' for youth ages 10-13. These classes are a part of the programs offered at Family Harvest Church.

Professionally, Ron's global sales management experience has provided long-term opportunities to work for multi-national specialty chemical manufacturers such as Mobil Chemical, Morton International and Henkel Corporation. Sylvia has extensive experience in management and training in the real estate and insurance industry. Ron and Sylvia have a great passion to teach, and want to provide young people with a place where they can cultivate their dreams and help them to grow.
